Electric Vehicle Sound Design
Season3 and Audiokinetic embark on collaboration in the Automotive Sector.
We designed and implemented AVAS and UX sounds for Different EV Models. We took different parameters into account: Target Audience, User Journey, Vehicle Type, and Market.
This first Sound Identity was developed with a small urban EV in mind. The target market was the Asian market and the sound profile we created was
aimed towards pedestrian safety.
A second sound identity was done for comfort, both in the car and for pedestrians. Respecting the acoustic ecology of European cities, we envisioned this Electric SUV with a modern and warm synth sound profile, fulfilling safety regulations but respecting silence.
The last car we made a sound for was a Performance EV with a North American Audience in Mind. A powerful vehicle with a powerful sound featuring turbine sounds for AVAS, and
high voltage synths for UX Sounds. Fast and aggressive.
